Woodstock Thief Strikes in WRJ

A young man who was named as a suspect in a series of car thefts in Woodstock last July and August has been apprehended on similiar charges in WRJ. (To this day, several items of property taken from vehicles in the Village during last summer’s crime spree have not been recovered nor returned to their owners.)

Woodstock Early Bird would like to pass along the word from Woodstock Police that a way to help deter theft and burglaries is to lock vehicle  and homes consistently. In addition to electronics,  perpetrators of recent area break-ins have apparently been seeking cash and prescription medications.
