ACCUSED:  Kurt Glaser AGE:  19 CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: S. Woodstock, VT
SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 06/25/2012 at approximately 2310 hours, Vermont State Police dispatch received a call in regard to suspicious activity behind the church in Bethel.  State Troopers responded and found three young people sitting inside a pickup truck parked behind the church.  They said that they were using their cell phone as there was no service where they lived.  Further investigation revealed that two of the subjects, Hannah Potter and Kurt Glaser, were in possession of regulated drugs and associated paraphernalia.  Potter and Glaser were subsequently arrested for possession of narcotics.  Both were processed at the Royalton State Police barracks and released on citations to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windsor Criminal Division to answer to the charges.
