LOCATION: Rogers Road, Bridgewater (Windsor County) Vermont
VIOLATION: Lewd & Lascivious Act

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:
On this date and time, Vermont State Police received a call from a resident located on Rogers Road in the Town of Bridgewater (Windsor County) Vermont, advising that someone just exposed themselves to her.

I spoke to the complainant who advised that while riding her bike on Rogers Road a yellow Jeep Wrangler stop along side of her to ask for directions. The complainant advised that it was a white male operating the vehicle and he appeared to be in his mid 20’s and approximately 6’00 tall and slender.

While the complainant was giving the operator directions he decided to show her his erect penis. The complainant advised that the male tried claiming that he did not know he was exposed and quickly covered himself up and left the scene.

The complainant advised that she was unable to read the license plate on the male’s Jeep, but advised that she knew it was registered in Vermont. The complainant was unable to see which way the male operator went after leaving the scene.

The Vermont State Police issued a BOL on the male and his vehicle, but nothing was found east of Bridgewater. Vermont State Police request that Bridgewater residences keep an eye out for any such person that matches the above description and if located to contact the State Police immediately.
