Caulfield Art Gallery Fire Alarm All Clear

fire caulfieldPolice Chief Robbie Blish says a fire alarm went off at the Caulfield Gallery home on the Village Green this afternoon but was cleared as a “no fire” quickly.

Fire and police responded to the empty home. They gained entry, setting off security alarms but found no trouble. No damage was incurred.

Earlier, this morning Woodstock fire and police responded to a roll-over accident on Rt. 106 near the Golf Course on the “southbound” side.

Blish says poor road conditions and speed are likely to have contributed to the accident. The vehicle was towed from the scene. No injuries reported.

Make sure you thank your firefighters and rescue squads (volunteer!) at Town Meeting. They go out in all kind of OOBLECK conditions for us.
