SUMMARY OF CRASH: On 4-12-13 at 0747hrs VT FLY532, a silver 2009 Toyota Yaris exited I89NB at
MM30.1 due to ice on the roadway. The Toyota collided with a small tree causing
minor damage to the passenger side front fender. The vehicle was operated by Ana
Culai. The vehicle was towed back on I89 by Tabor Auto and Culai drove the
vehicle away.
