NWS: Heavy Rain = Rapid Stream Rise and Ponding Water

Woodstock Early Bird did not bring her rain gear and is
unwilling to sally forth without it.
At 1:30pm it is raining, raining, raining HARD.

interplayWe have been asked to put out a special
word about the Interplay Jazz
Concert this afternoon --
TALENTED people, Grammy Band Concert.
If it is too wet to play on
the Village Green,
the 4pm concert moves inside
to the Norman Williams
Public Library.
